
SCB13 series 10kV/0.4kV dry-type distribution transformer, with a capacity range of 100kVA to 2500kVA, is a type of transformer whose iron core and windings are not immersed in insulating oil. It is widely applied in local lighting, high-rise buildings, airports, docks, CNC machinery and other scenarios due to its safe and clean performance.
Dry-Type Distribution Transformer adopts two cooling methods: natural air cooling (AN) and forced air cooling (AF). Under natural air cooling, it can operate continuously for a long time at the rated capacity; under forced air cooling, its output capacity can be increased by 50%, effectively meeting the actual operation needs of different scenarios.
Dry-Type Distribution Transformer is suitable for intermittent overload operation or emergency accident overload operation. However, due to the significant increase in load loss and impedance voltage during overload, it is in a non-economic operation state and should not be operated under long-term continuous overload.

Dry-type transformer strictly complies with international IEC standards and domestic GB standards, and all units have passed strict factory inspection (including insulation test, load test and temperature rise test) before leaving the factory to ensure stable quality and safe operation.
Jinma Electric provide a 12-month quality guarantee period from the date of delivery. During the guarantee period, we will provide free maintenance or replacement for any quality problems caused by non-human factors.

The iron core of the SCB13 series adopts high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, which has lower loss and better thermal stability; the winding uses vacuum-impregnated epoxy resin, which has stronger insulation performance and mechanical strength compared with ordinary resin-impregnated windings.
Core accessories are designed according to the capacity, and the specifications are matched with the rated capacity to ensure efficient operation; the basic accessories are unified in standard, and can be customized with additional accessories according to customer needs.

For standard models (without special customization), the delivery cycle is 15-25 working days, which includes production, inspection and packaging. The specific cycle will be adjusted according to the order quantity.
If customization is required, the delivery cycle will be extended by 5-10 working days, and we will inform you of the specific delivery time after confirming the customization requirements.
