10kV-Amorphous-Alloy-Distribution-Transformer

Sealed oil-immersed amorphous alloy core distribution transformer is a high-efficiency and energy-saving product that uses amorphous alloy as the magnetic conductive material. It strictly complies with national and industrial technical standards, aligns with the national energy-saving technology promotion policy, and has been stably applied in power grids at home and abroad for nearly two decades. Suitable for 10kV power distribution systems with a capacity range of 30kVA to 200kVA, the transformer can operate safely indoors or outdoors under normal conditions at altitudes below 1000m and ambient temperatures from -25℃ to +40℃. Customized versions are also available for special working conditions based on customer requirements.
10kV Amorphous Alloy Distribution Transformer is made of amorphous alloy strips produced from iron, boron and other materials through special processes, featuring excellent soft magnetic properties, low excitation power and extremely low no-load loss. The rational three-phase five-limb wound structure lowers the overall height and facilitates coil assembly. While the load loss is equivalent to that of the S9 series, the no-load loss of the SBH15 series is reduced by approximately 75%, bringing remarkable energy-saving benefits.
Assembly, tank structure and protective devices of the transformer all adopt mature fully sealed oil-immersed design. Equipped with a corrugated tank without a conservator and manufactured via vacuum drying, vacuum oil filtration and oil-filling processes, the unit is core-pulling-free, highly sealed and slow in insulation aging. With high reliability and long service life, it is an ideal energy-saving device for urban and rural power grids, industrial, mining and civil power distribution applications.
