10kV metal-clad medium voltage switchgear cabinet is specially designed for 10kV indoor power distribution environment, the protection level is up to IP40, which can effectively prevent the entry of foreign objects and guarantee the operation safety of equipment and personnel safety. The cabinet is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate through CNC machining and overall assembly, with compact and sturdy structure, excellent mechanical strength and anti-interference ability.
The internal functional units of the switchgear cabinet are independently separated, forming a reliable protection system of “air-insulated + metal-enclosed”, which reduces the risk of arc faults from the source. 10kV switchgear is widely used in urban commercial complexes, residential districts, hospitals and schools, internal substations of industrial and mining enterprises, and terminals of 10kV distribution networks, as the core equipment for power distribution and control.
The switchgear is manufactured in strict compliance with international and domestic standards such as IEC 60298, GB 3906, etc. The switchgear has passed the type test, voltage withstand test and temperature rise test conducted by the state-authorized laboratories, and has the relevant type test report.
IP40 is the protection level standard of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). The first digit “4” means that it can prevent the entry of solid foreign objects with a diameter larger than 1mm; the second digit “0” means that there is no waterproof requirement and it is suitable for dry indoor environments.
Support standardized customization. We can tailor-make design and production according to customer’s primary wiring scheme, cabinet size, color preference and specific protection, monitoring and communication function requirements.
Packed in customized closed wooden crates, the interior is filled and fixed with foam and corner protectors to prevent collisions and scratches during transportation. The whole truck is transported with professional logistics team to ensure the products are delivered to the project site in good condition.
For standard model products, after receiving the prepayment and technical confirmation order, the regular order delivery cycle is 15-25 working days. The specific working period will be executed according to the complexity of product configuration, quantity and contract agreement.

We support a variety of payment methods. For foreign trade orders, T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) is usually adopted, usually 30% prepayment and 70% payment before shipment, the details can be determined according to the depth of cooperation between the two sides.
